Terms of Service
-By purchasing any artwork from me, you automatically agree to these following terms. Please read carefully, as I will deny your commission if it does not correspond with my terms of service. These terms are subject to change at any time.

-Please let me know if you suddenly decide to back out of a commission. If you do not respond or let me know within 72 hours (unless you tell me in advance that something's come up and that you can't respond on time), I will assume the commission is canceled and give the slot to someone else.
​
-I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms.
​
-I claim all rights to my work, which include the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and upload it to any of my personal galleries or portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.
​
-If the commissioner does not want me uploading the finished work to any of my galleries, please let me know beforehand.
​
-You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
​
-You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency.
​
-Additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for training AI.
​
-The commissioner have the right to use their commission for any personal use they want (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.) just as long as it isn't for commercial use or claim you created the artwork.

-(PayPal) Please wait for me to send you an invoice before sending me any money!
​
-Payments are made through PayPal, Stripe or ATH Mobil.
​
-All prices are in USD.
​
-Prices will vary due to complexity and explicitness, including specific/detailed backgrounds
​
-I will charge extra for additional changes (so please make sure you know exactly what you want in your inquiry!!)
​
-You cannot trace, edit, or modify the commission in any way without my permission.
​
-Refunds will not be allowed once I've already started the commission.
​
-After payment, I will send a sketch first for approval before continuing the commission.
​
REMEMBER, This is a DIGITAL commission, so there will be no physical items being shipped.
​
-Payment Process and Refunds are made in USD via Invoices through PayPal, so your PayPal address is required to send the invoice.
​
-Payment through ATH Movil, please send a private message with your phone number and the specific type of commission and wait for my approval before sending the money
​
-Payment is due upfront before an initial thumbnail sketch is approved. I accept payments in increments or payment plans depending on your circumstances.
​
-I do not offer full refunds as I can only refund work that was not done.
​
-You cannot change what you want your commission to be after approving the flat thumbnail and sending the payment. However, I accept up to three small edits.
​
If you exceed more than three edits to a piece, I may charge an extra fee that is $10 each for any additional edits before continuing.
​
-Please do not send me any type of form of payment without my consent or approval of the commission.
